The website uses the SOLR search engine which searches the sku, alternate code, and short description.
Solr cannot search product with a special character unless there are at least 2 characters to the right.
For example Solr will NOT find FP-F, W5300-1, anything-K, or similar.
The best option is to search on part of the sku or product description.
Login and online ordering is available to registered dealer stockists.
There is a Quick Order option for product on the website and spare parts if the sku is known
To find a dealer or stockist of a prticular product click on the "Find Dealer" pop up.
Options in the selected region will display.
At the end of 2020 online warranty registration of Festool Tools was tranferred from festool.com to Festool's relevant country import partner.
Effective April 2021 warranty registration can be done on this website: www.hml.co.nz
Tools purchased online outside New Zealand will not be covered
